                        The private respondents were acquitted by learned 6^th Judicial Magistrate, Shikarpur, vide judgment dated 10.11.2020, it is impugned by the appellant before this Court by preferring the instant criminal acquittal appeal; it is time barred by 25 days. No application for condoning such a long delay in preferring the instant criminal acquittal appeal is filed. Consequently, the instant criminal acquittal appeal is dismissed being barred by time, together with listed application.
