ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.The applicants apprehend serious threat to their lives and liberty, while proceeding with their case in the Court of learned Senior Civil Judge, Warrah and in view thereof seek transfer of their case to any Court of competent jurisdiction in Larkana. 

            Learned counsel submits that the applicant No.1 is a widow and the rest are her children and in view of the documented enmity and threats to their lives, as also demonstrated by the documents placed on file vide Statement dated 22.01.2022, it would be just and proper for this application to be granted. 

            Notice was issued to the respondents on 03.02.2022 and once again repeated on 10.02.2022, however, the private respondents have chosen to remain unrepresented. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that under the present dire circumstances he has no objection to the grant hereof.

In view of the foregoing, instant Civil Transfer Application is hereby allowed. The subject case (F.C.Suit No.56 of 2020) is withdrawn from the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Warrah and transferred to the Court of learnedI-Senior Civil Judge, Larkana for its disposal in accordance with law.
