3.                 It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and his father are apprehending danger to their lives and property at the hands of respondents, who are bent upon to change the revenue record and status of their property. By contending so, he sought for protection for the petitioner and his property.

                   For protection of the property in any manner, the petitioner subject to law may approach the Civil Court having jurisdiction and for his and his father’s protection, he may approach the Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, having jurisdiction; such remedies being alternate could be exhausted adequately. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
