ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The present petition seeks declaration of title in respect of immovable property; directions with respect to construction on immovable property; and compensation. At the very onset learned counsel was confronted as to how the said relief, notwithstanding any merit, could be granted in the writ jurisdiction of this Court. Learned counsel remained unable to articulate any justification in such regard.In view of the foregoing, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed alongwith pending application.
