ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to issue an appointment order in respect of the petitioner, on account of having scored certain marks in a written test for short listing of candidates. The record demonstrates that the relevant advertisement required 2 to 3 years working experience, post qualification, which the petitioner admittedly did not possess at the relevant time. The record also demonstrates that the petitioner had failed in the interview conducted by the respondents.Learned counsel remained unable to demonstrate any entitlement of the petitioner to be considered in respect of the relief claimed. In view hereof, no case has been set forth before us to merit invocation of the discretionary writ jurisdiction of this Court; hence, this petition is hereby dismissed alongwith pending application.
