                        The applicant for having committed theft of motorcycle was convicted under section 381-A PPC and was sentenced to undergo R.I for two years with fine of rupees thirty thousand and in default whereof to undergo S.I for six months by learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Jacobabad, vide judgment dated 10.12.2020, which was impugned by the applicant by preferring the criminal appeal; it was also dismissed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jacobabad, vide judgment dated 10.02.2021, which was impugned by the applicant before this Court by preferring the appeal, the same vide order dated 20.10.2021 passed by this Court, was converted into criminal revision application.

                        No illegality is noticed in the impugned judgment. The applicant as per jail roll has already been released from jail on completion of his sentence. None otherwise has put appearance on behalf of the applicant and no intimation is furnished, which prima facie indicates that the applicant is no more interested to pursue the instant criminal revision application, it is dismissed for non prosecution.
