                        At very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the disposal of the instant constitutional petition before this Court on merits, provided the petitioner subject to law is permitted to put his appearance before the Committee at Principle Seat, which is constituted under the orders of Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan to monitor the development work, which is being carried out in Province of Sindh by PPL and OGDCL, on account of discovery of Oil and Gas in respective areas.

                        Order accordingly.
