                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the Revenue Officers at Larkana to demarcate the subject property; as same as per learned counsel for the private respondents has already been undertaken. Be that as it may, the issue of demarcation involving factual controversy could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner subject to law may approach the Revenue Officers concerned for demarcation of the subject land, if it is not found to be involved in civil/revenue litigation pending or disposed of.
