                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has mainly sought for declaration that the subject property is “Dharamshala/Mandir”;      the status of the property being “Dharamshala/Mandir” or otherwise involving factual controversy could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
