ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This petition seeks employment of petitioners, claiming to have been selected pursuant to an advertisement dated 19.10.2010. While it was argued that the cause of action accrued in 2010, no justification was articulated as to why petition had been instituted a decade later.

2. In view of the aforesaid this petition is found to be hit by laches, hence, dismissed along with pending application/s.
