ORDER
Agha Faisal, J. (1) Urgency granted. (2) Over ruled. (3) Granted, subject to all exceptions. (4) The applicants Asif alias Asif Ali, Ali Sher and Ashique alias Ashique Ali seek protective bail, in respect of F.I.R. 40/2021, registered on 19.04.2021 before Taluka P.S Larkana, pertaining to offences under Sections 302, 337-H (2) and 34 P.P.C.
2. Learned counsel submits that the applicants have been erroneously nominated in the aforementioned case and are intent upon surrendering to the trial Court; however, in order to be enabled in such regard seeks to be admitted to protective bail.
3. In view of the foregoing, and without adverting to the merits of the case[1], the applicants are admitted to protective bail from the date hereof till end of Court hours on 29.01.2022 or upon surrender of the applicants before the trial Court, whichever is earlier, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25000/- (Rupees twenty five thousands only) each and personal recognizance bonds in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court.
4. This Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
