                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Building Inspector; subsequently, his services were terminated by the respondents without lawful justification; therefore, his order of termination be set aside with direction to the respondents to take him back in service.

                        Learned A.A.G Sindh while making reference to the comments filed by the respondents sought for dismissal of the instant constitutional petition by contending that the qualification certificate which the petitioner was having on verification was found to be forged.

                        We have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

                        The forged document does not create any right, if it is believed that the academic document, which the petitioner is having is not forged then such controversy even otherwise being factual in nature could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
