                        The applicant by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application has sought for quashment of FIR Crime No.78/2021, u/s. 341, 353,427,147,148 PPC of P.S Guddu, District Kashmore @ Kandhkot.

                        It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the subject FIR being false, has been lodged on behalf of the State with ulterior motive; therefore, it is liable to be quashed.

                          We have considered the above arguments and perused record.

                        If the applicant is having a feeling that he being innocent has been involved in subject FIR falsely, then he may prove his innocence by joining the investigation. No case for quashment of subject FIR is made out. Consequently, the instant Crl.Misc.Application being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
