2 to 4.             It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of pendency of constitutional petition before this Court, the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Larkana, who is supported by other respondents, is interfering with construction work of the petitioner over his property, therefore, such action on his part to be declared illegal.

                        Subject to title, the petitioner may prevent interference with his property by anyone by way of filing a civil suit before the Court having jurisdiction. Such remedy, if is exhausted, would not only be adequate but alternate in the circumstances. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
