It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the disposal of the instant bail application before this Court on merits, provided the R&Ps of the case, which is lying before this Court are returned to the learned trial Court, enabling the parties to file compromise application for disposal of very case against the applicant, which is not opposed by learned D.P.G for the State and the complainant in person.

                        In view of above, the instant bail application is dismissed as not pressed with direction to office to return the R&Ps of the case to the learned trial Court, if it is lying with this Court, to be re-sent within two months after doing the needful, in accordance with law.
