                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners being goldsmith were dealing with J.S Bank, Jacobabad, which now has been shifted to Shikarpur, they have been forced to sign certain cheques worth Lacs of rupees in favour of the said Bank, which now are going to encashed, therefore, the respondents be directed not to use the above said cheques for any purpose.

                        The encashment/use of the cheques, if issued, could adequately be prevented by the petitioners themselves by expressing their concern before the concerned bank, therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioners could not be issued by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction under the garb of harassment. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
