                        It is contended by the petitioner that the respondents be directed to open and run Primary Schools with complete Staff in Villages Meehno Khan Depar, Arzi Depar and Hakim Khan Depar at Taluka Nasirabad. The opening of Schools being policy issue could not be interfered with by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. The instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed applications. However, the petitioner may approach the respondents for the needful, in accordance with law, if so is advised.
