                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was deprived right of his inheritance by the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue) Taluka Mehar, which was allowed in his favour by the Deputy Commissioner, Dadu, vide order dated 20.12.2013, directing the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Mehar, to mutate record of rights in his favour; such order is not being complied with by the Mukhtiarkar (Revenue), Taluka Mehar, therefore, the Member, Board of Revenue, Sindh and other Revenue Officers, be directed to comply with the above said order of the Deputy Commissioner, Dadu.

                        The issuance of inheritance, if any, subject to title is involving the factual controversy, therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner for mutation of revenue record under pretext of compliance of order of Deputy Commissioner, Dadu, could hardly be issued by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction; the instant constitutional petition, even otherwise, is hit by laches, it is therefore dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
