                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Primary School Teacher under the orders of this Court and now his salary has been stopped by closing his I.D by the respondents; therefore, they be directed to open his I.D, as he may draw his salary. The issue of salary under the garb of opening of I.D relating to terms and condition of the service, could be agitated by the petitioner being public servant before the Service Tribunal having jurisdiction adequately, therefore, the instant constitutional petition being hit by Article 212 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 is dismissed in limine together with listed application.
