By way of instant Crl.Misc.Application under section 561-A Cr.PC, the applicant has impugned order dated 20.10.2021 passed by learned Special Judge, Anti Terrorism Court, Kashmore @ Kandhkot, whereby on account of his absence on the date of hearing, the NBWs were ordered to be issued against him. The prayer sought for by the applicant is converted into one for protection. Consequently, applicant is admitted to protective bail for the period of ten days from today, subject to his execution of P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court with direction to the applicant to surrender before the learned trial Court and explain his absence on the date of hearing.

 

            The instant Crl.Misc.Application alongwith listed applications stand disposed of in the above terms.
