                        Heard.

                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the respondents to establish New Foundation Assisted School in village Arzi Bhutto, for the reason that he possesses the requisite qualification/experience/plot and the eligible candidates. The prayer sought for by the petitioner could not be granted for the reason that the determination of qualification etc; of the petitioner and the eligible candidates for establishment of the School is to be made by the respondents being policy matter and not by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
