                        It is contended by the petitioner that he appeared in Combined Competitive Examination conducted by Sindh Public Service Commission in year 2019, but has been denied his due right by the officials of Sindh Public Service commission, without lawful justification. By contending so, he sought for rechecking of his papers through third party, his re-interview after installation of CCTV Cameras and cancellation of offer letters, which are issued to the recommended candidates.

                        No recommended candidate is made party in this petition by the petitioner. Be that as it may, the prayer which is sought for by the petitioner, if is allowed then it would amount to making interference with the official policy of Sindh Public Service Commission. The policy and affair of an institution could not be interfered with by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction, only to favour an individual.

                        In view of above, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
