                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in possession of the plots, having been leased to them by Katchi Abadi Authorities, and now the Town Committee Kashmore is claiming rent whereof from the petitioners. The controversy advanced, apparently is indicating dispute with regard to ownership of the plots in possession of the petitioners and its subsequent lease, if any, in their favour by the Katchi Abadi Authorities and Town Committee Kashmore; same being factual could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications. The petitioners however may approach the Civil Court having jurisdiction, for redressal of their grievance in accordance with law, if so is advised to them.
