1 to 4.             The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against Director of School Education (Primary) Larkana and others for action against Sajid Ali, a Primary School Teacher posted at Government (Boys) Primary School, Shahdadkot, for his terrible acts. The direction sought for by the petitioner could hardly be issued by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed with an advice to the petitioner to approach the Director of School Education (Primary) Larkana and others personally for action against Sajid Ali, a Primary School Teacher posted at Government (Boys) Primary School, Shahdadkot, for his alleged terrible acts in accordance with law.
