1.                     Urgency granted.

2 to 4.             The petitioner with rest of the culprits, it is alleged to have committed theft of paddy crop, for that he was booked in FIR Crime No.52/2021, under section 379 PPC with P.S Garhi Khairo, the quashment whereof, is sought for by him by way of instant constitutional petition mainly for the reason that said FIR is lodged by the private respondent malafidely only to settle his dispute with him over the landed property. If the petitioner is having a feeling that he being innocent has been involved in a false case by the private respondent malafidely then he could prove his innocence by joining the investigation. No case for quashment of FIR relating to theft is made out. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed in limine.
