2 to 4.             It is contended by the applicant/complainant that he is not able to understand the proceedings of his case, which are being conducted in “Urdu”, by learned 4^th Additional Sessions Judge, Dadu, therefore, his case be transferred to other Judge, for its disposal according to law.

                        The ground advanced by the applicant is not justifying the transfer of his case from one to other Court. Consequently, the instant criminal transfer application is dismissed in limine, with an advice to the applicant to engage the counsel for understanding the proceedings of his case.
