                        At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the State case is at the verge of recording Statements of accused under section 342 Cr.PC. If the applicant on the basis of evidence brought on record in State case is permitted to make separate applications under sections 346/347 and 190/193 Cr.PC for sending the State case to Court of Sessions and for joining any of the person as accused in that case before learned trial Court/Magistrate, then he would not press the disposal of instant criminal revision application before this Court on merits. Such proposal is not opposed by learned counsel for the private respondents and learned Deputy Prosecutor General for the State.

Order accordingly.
