2 to 4.             It is contended by the applicant that learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, is insisting upon him to have compromise with his accused, therefore, his case to be transferred to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Shikarpur. It is not made known by the applicant that in what fashion and when learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, insisted upon the applicant to have compromise with his accused. The reason which is advanced by the applicant for transfer of his case from one to other Court is appearing to be false, it obviously is invented with intention to defeat the trial. No criminal case could be transferred from one to other Court on the basis of false and self invented grounds. Consequently, the instant transfer application being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
