Learned Commissioner says that the order dated 27.2.2006, by which he was appointed as Commissioner has never been served upon him and as such there is no negligence on his part. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has informed to this Court that these are about 82 connected cases and the lead case is Suit No.659/1999, in which an order has been passed. In all these cases, Mr. Moin Azhar Siddiqui, has been appointed Commissioner for recording evidence. Learned Commissioner wants four months' time for recording evidence and submitting report. Four months' time is granted to the learned Commissioner for recording and completing the commission.

Adjourned. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to cooperate with the learned Commissioner according to law.
