The above Civil Revisions are pending since the year 2016 against the consolidated finding whereby the Suit No. 88/2010 for Specific Performance of Contract and Permanent Injunction filed by the appellant was dismissed and suit No. 56 of 2007 for cancellation of sale agreement was decreed and even Civil Appeal No.12 of 2014 and 13 of 2014 preferred and even Civil Appeal No. 12/2014 preferred by the appellant against the consolidated judgment had also been dismissed with consolidated finding on facts and law. Learned counsel for the appellant candidly pointed out that he could not find out any misreading of evidence in the judgment, however he has contended that there was delay on the part of respondents and such delay has not come on record as there was no evidence on such point. It is well settled principle of law that Revisional Court cannot go into the discussion of evidence unless it is found that such evidence has not been examined by the Courts below. Even in memo of Revision Applications, the applicant has not pointed out any misreading of evidence.

In view of the above, the above revision applications are dismissed having no merits.
