3&4.     Learned counsel for petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the controversy agitated through instant petition, whereby, petitioners have challenged notices issued by the respondents for the Tax Years 2015 and 2017 to 2019 against the petitioners, is already pending before this Court in number of petitions, including C.P. No.D-5971/2020 [Re: Deharki Sugar Mills (Pvt.) Limited vs. Federation of Pakistan and others], wherein, vide order dated 26.11.2020 Notices have been issued to the respondents, who have been restrained from taking any adverse action against the petitioner pursuant to the similar impugned notices issued under sections 177 and 182 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. In support of his contentions, learned counsel has referred to the order dated 26.11.2020 passed by this Court in the aforesaid Constitutional Petition, which is available as Annexure “S” at pages 1109 to 1113 of instant petition.

            Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents as well as D.A.G, to be served through first three modes, for 28.01.2021, when instant petition may be taken up alongwith aforesaid petition, whereas, comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner. In the meanwhile, the interim order already passed in the aforesaid petition shall apply mutatis mutandis in the instant petition till next date of hearing
