1. Application for urgent hearing is granted.

2. Exemption is granted subject to all just legal exceptions.

3. The petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for direction against the respondents to cause arrest of absconding accused nominated by him in FIR No. 76/2014 of PS Sarhad. If the accused nominated by the petitioner in his FIR are actually absconding then the petitioner could conveniently seek their arrest by approaching the court which is seized of the matter. No case for issuance of direction for arrest of the absconding accused of the petitioner by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction is made out; consequently instant petition being misconceived is dismissed.
