2.         Exemption granted, but subject to all just exceptions.

3&4.     Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that the controversy agitated through instant petition is already pending before this Court in number of petitions, including C.P. No.D-4549/2020, wherein, vide order dated 23.09.2020, respondents have been directed to ensure that the case of the petitioner, if not covered under the impugned Notifications No.F.No.7(401)Jurisdiction/2019/291555-R, dated 03.01.2020 and No.F.No.1(48)Jurisdiction/2014-132522-R, dated 05.08.2020, may not be transferred till next date of hearing. It has been prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that notice of instant petition may also be directed to be issued to the respondents, whereas, instant petition may be taken up alongwith the aforesaid petition on the next date and the interim relief, as was given in the aforesaid petition, may also be granted to the petitioner in the instant matter. In support of his contention, learned counsel has referred to the order dated 23.09.2020 passed by this Court in the aforesaid petition in the case of (Re: M/s. Rehman Solvent Plant & Cooking Oil Mills and others vs. Federation of Pakistan and others), which is available as Annexure “G/1” at pages 117 to 121 of the Court’s file.

Let pre-admission notice be issued to the respondents as well as D.A.G, to be served through first three modes, for a date to be fixed after four weeks, when instant petition may be taken up alongwith aforesaid petition, whereas, comments, if any, shall be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for petitioner. In the meanwhile, the interim relief, as was given in the aforesaid petition, shall apply mutatis mutandis in the instant petition till next date of hearing.
