2.         Through this application, learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for correction in the order dated 19.08.2020, wherein, according to learned counsel, due to inadvertent typographical error instead of “C.P. No.D-3621” C.P. No.D-3721/2010 has been mentioned in second last line of the order, therefore, requests that office may be directed to make necessary correction in the aforesaid order. Contention of the learned counsel appears to be correct. Accordingly, this application (CMA No.2142/2020) is granted. Office is directed to make necessary correction in the aforesaid terms with red ink.

3-5.      Learned AAG requests for time to file objections. Let the same be filed with advance copy to the learned counsel for appellant.
