2.         Through this application, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for correction in the order dated 15.10.2020, wherein, according to learned counsel, due to inadvertent typographical error instead of “Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue” Commissioner (Appeals-IV), Inland Revenue, Karachi has been mentioned in last line of last paragraph, therefore, requests that office may be directed to make necessary correction in the aforesaid order. Contention of the learned counsel appears to be correct. Accordingly, this application (CMA No.21811/2020) is granted. Office is directed to make necessary correction in the aforesaid terms with red ink.
