                        On investigation, the name of the applicant was placed in column No.2 of the charge sheet by the police, he was joined in trial by learned 6^th Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Shikarpur, with issuance of NBW against him vide his order dated 11.08.2020, which is impugned by the applicant before this Court by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application under section 561-A Cr.PC.

                        At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the disposal of instant Crl.Misc.Application before this Court on merits, if the NBW issued against the applicant for joining the trial is converted into BW. Suggestion advanced at bar is not opposed by learned D.P.G for the State.             Order accordingly.

                        The instant Crl.Misc.Application is disposed of.
