Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would be satisfied and would not press the instant Bail Application, if the directions are issued to the learned trial Court to examine the complainant within a period of two months and thereafter, the applicant may be allowed to repeat his bail application before the learned trial Court. No objection has been raised by the other side. Consequently, the learned trial Court is directed to examine the complainant within a period of two months and thereafter, the applicant would be at liberty to repeat his bail application before the learned trial Court.

The instant bail application is disposed of in the above terms.
