Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 24.07.2019, whereby the learned Division Bench of this Court has been pleased to take cognizance of the subsequent development in the instant matters and has restrained respondents from taking any coercive action against petitioners on the basis of amended assessment order, hence requests that application listed at Serial No.1 may be disposed of and the respondents may be restrained from proceedings against petitioners for the recovery of impugned demand pursuant to the assessment order passed under section 5 of the Income Support Levy Act 2013. Learned counsel for the respondent as well as learned Asst. Attorney General do not oppose such disposal of the listed application.

Accordingly, the application listed at Serial No.1 is disposed of in above terms. Judgment is already reserved to be announced alongwith connected petitions.
