            None present for the petitioner, no intimation is received. On the last two dates of hearing, petitioner did not show his appearance and the matter was adjourned in the interest of justice with direction to issue intimation to the petitioner appearing in person. However, the record shows that petitioner is an advocate, whereas, vakalatnama duly signed by five advocates is also available on record, but neither petitioner nor any of the counsel is in attendance nor any intimation or application is received. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith pending application.
