            Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of letter dated 10.05.2019 issued by Officer Inland Revenue, Incharge Intelligence Investigation & Prosecution Cell, Zone-III, Corporate Regional Tax Office, Karachi, whereby according to learned counsel for petitioner, the jurisdiction of petitioner’s case has been transferred to RTO, Lahore, therefore, petitioner does not want to press instant petition. Learned counsel for the respondent as well as learned Asst. Attorney General do not dispute such factual position.

            Accordingly, instant petition stands dismissed as not pressed alongwith listed application.
