Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners are not coming forward to plead any instructions, therefore, they have lost interest.

Perusal of record reflects that instant petition was filed on 28.10.2015, whereas, notice was ordered to be issued on 03.11.2015 to the respondents, however, thereafter matter has neither been fixed in Court nor any progress has been made so far, which reflects that petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith listed application.
