Perusal of record reflects that instant petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2010, thereafter, listed application was filed, which is pending since 2010. It appears that petitioner and his counsel have lost interest in pursuing listed application, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
