Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that petitioner will be satisfied and will not press instant petition, as the appeal of petitioner has been heard and reserved for judgment before the Customs Appellate Tribunal, Bench Karachi, provided that directions may be issued to the concerned Bench of Customs Appellate Tribunal to finally decide the case of petitioner, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of disposal of the appeal.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed alongwith listed application. However, it is expected that concerned Bench of the Customs Appellate Tribunal may decide the appeal of the petitioner, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, which shall be communicated to the concerned Bench of Customs Appellate Tribunal by the petitioner within seven days.
