Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, submits that purpose of filing the instant petition has been served out, as the user ID of the petitioner has been de-blocked. Learned counsel for the respondents as well as learned Asst. Attorney General do not dispute such position.

Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of, however, if the respondents intend to take any adverse action against the petitioner for violation of the provisions of the Customs and Sales Tax Act, an opportunity of being heard be provided to the petitioner in accordance with law.
