4.                     The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for production of her son Waqar Ali, aged about 15 months, to be set free in her favour, who according to her is confined illegally by his father Shaoor @ Ghulam Hussain within jurisdiction of P.S Hala City, District Matiari. If it is so, then it is out of limits of Appellate Criminal jurisdiction of this Court, as is prescribed by Section 491 (a) Cr.PC, for issuance of direction of nature of Habeas Corpus, and for this reason, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed in limine, for want of jurisdiction with direction to the petitioner to approach the Court, having jurisdiction, for the needful, if so is advised.
