            The applicant by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application under section 491 Cr.PC has sought for production of her daughter Mst.Sonia to be set free after recording of her statement, as she according to him is confined illegally by her father Mumtaz Ali within jurisdiction of P.S Garhi Yasin.

            Alleged detenue Mst.Sonia is produced by SHO, Police Station, Garhi Yasin and she looks to be a young lady. On asking, it is stated by her that she is under no wrongful confinement and is residing happily with her father Mumtaz Ali. Her statement to that effect has already been recorded by SHO, P.S Garhi Yasin, it is taken on record.

            Mst.Sonia is appearing to be under no wrongful confinement to be set free in favour of the applicant. Consequently, the instant Crl.Misc.Application under section 491 Cr.PC is dismissed accordingly.
