O R D E R

Adnan-ul-Karim Memon, J: Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, opted not to press this bail application on the premise that, if direction is given to the learned trial Court to record the evidence of the material witnesses, within a period of two months.

In the meanwhile, he points out that this Court vide order dated 18.12.2018, passed in Cr. Bail Application No.S-620 of 2018, has already directed the learned trial Court for the aforesaid purpose, but nothing has been done. Be that as it may, this Court is only concerned with the swift disposal of the matter between the parties on merit.

Before parting with this order, I expect from the learned trial court that the direction of this Court, particularly, in the bail matters shall be adhere to in future and valid reasons ought to be assigned, if the trial Court is not concluded within the stipulated time.

In view of the above statement of the learned Counsel for the Applicant, let the learned trial Court undertake the aforesaid exercise and report compliance through Additional Registrar of this Court. Suffice it to say, the applicant shall be at liberty to repeat bail application after recording of evidence as suggested, on fresh ground(s), if any.

Bail application stands disposed of.
