It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has converted his agricultural land into residential one whereupon is being raised by him the construction which is being hindered by the private respondents for want of money, therefore, the petitioner, his family members and their property is liable to be protected from such harassment by this Court by way of instant Constitutional Petition.

Neither survey numbers of the land converted into residential are disclosed nor ownership documents whereof are produced by the petitioner, which appears to be surprising. The dispute between the parties over raising construction even otherwise being factual in its character could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its Constitutional jurisdiction under the garb of protection / harassment and / or on the basis of allegation of demand of money.

In view of above, the instant Constitutional Petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
