It is inter-alia stated by the petitioners that they have married of their own free will and now are being harassed by the respondents, therefore, they to be protected from such harassment by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction.

At the very outset it is stated by learned AAG for the official respondents that official respondents have no intention to harass the petitioners in any manner at the instance of anyone and will protect them in accordance with law, in event of need.

Learned counsel for the petitioners shown his satisfaction to the statement so made by learned AAG.

The instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
