The perusal of the petition reveals that there is dispute between the parties over the landed property, such dispute being factual in its character could not be resolved by this court summarily in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction under by the garb of harassment. Consequently the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly.
